Trauma Center: Second Opinion

ABOUT THE GAME

The most dangerous threat facing mankind in the year 2018 is a terrorist-designed virus called GUILT (Gangliated Utrophin Immuno Latency Toxin), and as the brilliant Dr. Stiles, you just might be the only person who can stop it!

The Nintendo DS doctor sim now comes to the Wii console -- use the unique controller to save patients' lives! You play the surgeon in this exciting medical drama simulation. You'll need to cure patients of everything from routine medical maladies to life-threatening designer viruses. And, of course, there's all that drama waiting just outside of the operating room. Your medical toolkit includes scalpels, forceps, defibrillator paddles, syringes and more -- all designed for use with the Wii Remote!

GENERAL FEATURES

Use your favorite returning tools in an all new way! The Wii Remote allows for precision controlling of the scalpel, surgical laser, and more. You can even feel the action with the built-in Rumble feature.

A story expanded from the same events as "Under the Knife," with nip-and-tuck work on the game text as well as all-new plotscenes and operations featuring an all new doctor character.

CHARACTER PROFILES

NAOMI KISHIMA

(also known under the false name Nozomi Weaver during her time in Delphi) is a Japanese-born doctor and is known to master the Healing Touch.

Kimishima is introduced during the 'Z' episodes of Second Opinion. Originally a doctor in Japan, her ability to use the Healing Touch made her known as the Devil Doctor because of its supernatural effect. She lost her medical license in Japan for having 'magical powers'. Delphi gave her a new name and had her operate on GUILT-victims that they wanted to use for further tests. Her Healing Touch proved valuable in achieving this. She is playable in the 5 'Z' episodes, 4 operations during Chapter 6 and the X episodes.

Her healing touch differs from Derek's in that it allows her to raise a patients' vitals by receiving "Cool", "Good", or "OK" ranks in her actions. After Delphi is found and eliminated, she offers samples of immature Savato and her surgical skills ( and Healing Touch ) to Caduceus Europe in exchange for immunity.

In X-7 of Second Opinion, she breaches the standard of the X missions and talks while Savato goes berserk, saying that she would "have to try it the way Derek does it." Then, after she succeeds and kills Savato, "Well, I must have done it good enough, because it worked", leaving her the only one to have used a Healing Touch that wasn't originally theirs.
